Return Policy (Drone Builds):
Nearly all products are custom builds and non-returnable. We will work with you if you have issues or are not satisfied with your purchase to ensure your purchase fulfills your mission requirements.
Return Policy (Cameras and Sensors):
We will accept a full return on cameras and sensors if they are returned unused, in the original box. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If there is a technical or warranty issue we can help you work with the manufacturer to file a warranty claim or get your product serviced. If you have used the product, we do not accept returns.
If you have purchased the wrong item, we will exchange the item for you. This can be done via store credit for the purchase amount of the original item. These items need to be un-altered, undamaged and in good working order.
Rocky Mountain Unmanned Systems accepts no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. We are also not responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components and/or parts. You assume all risk and liability of owning and operating any item purchased from us.
